Auto call link

Hi, are you aware of a widget or existing development that allows you put a message on a content 'block' that says, for example, "Call us now". Then when you click it, a pre-set number is dialled automatically?

You can do this with just a link, it will only really work for mobile though as computers generally don't call.

Here's a simple site I did a while back:

Reduce the window width and you'll see the phone icon up the top. It works the way hutman said. Lemme know if you need more info.
