I'm hoping someone can assist me.
I created a responsive online store and thus purchased Auto Nav Pro as the responsive menu.
I used Auto Nav Pro successfully on one of my other sites, but on this site its not working.
I used the hardcode the developer sent me, as I did with the previous site.
The hardcoded auto nav appears, but with none of the styles and Its just an ordered list.

Thus I tried creating a stack, with the hardcode still in the default.php, this worked, but only for the home and about us page, but not on the rest of the pages. This is what I find mind boggeling as all the pages are based on the full/default.php file, thus surely it should appear on all the pages?

I tried clearing the cache, this did not work.
I'm out of solutions or ideas, I've tried asking auto nav pro for help, but they aren't responding to my private messages, tried logging a support ticket too, but the ticket never sends, it just loads forever.
