Hi, I am following the instructions on Setup a Simple Blog within Concrete 5.7

I am on Step 3

When it tells me

You will then have to add this as an attribute, under System& Settings> Attributes>Sets, under category create a new set with
Handle: blog name blog

Well..... I do fine until I get to sets category....

The page has

.Attribute Categories
Attribute Categories are used to group different types of sets.
Collection
User
File
Store Order
Store Product

I click the first 2 to try and bring up a box to add a new set and it doesn't click or bring anything up. Am I in the wrong place? If so... please tell me what I am doing wrong.
