Breadcrumbs appearing incorrectly in header while logged out, but not while logged in

It's the strangest thing. At our site,www.www.wearethepractitioners.com,... breadcrumbs are appearing in the header while not logged in. They shouldn't be there as we have them placed already lower in the body of the page. What should be appearing is the Google custom search box.

If I log in to the control panel, however, the breadcrumbs disappear and the Google search block appears correctly. Please see the attached images.

Any ideas how can remove them from the header? Thanks for your help!

I am guessing you have this change made in a Global Area. If that is true the Global Area is likely not approved. Try logging in going to Dashboard -> Stacks -> Global Areas and open the Global Area you changed, there is likely an "Approve Changes" button there that you need to click to make the changes live.

Wow! That was such a simple fix that I feel like an idiot. Thank you, hutman! I really appreciate it!
