built-in human readable URL does not work with page names ending in "..."

'lo there,
I just recently installed the regular 5.51 and did some evaluation tests.
During one of these tests I named a page in the pre-installed blog section like so: "In the name of ..."
The resulting "human readable URL" or "canonical URL" (what's the official Concrete term for this anyway [and I'm not speaking of Pretty URLs])
ends up like this and would not work:
http://some.tld/blog/in-the-name-of.../...
Can somebody tell me
- if this is a known issue
- how to fix this for good
- this has to be added to the bug list
