Can I move pages and content from one c5 installation to another?

Let's say I have 2 separate concrete5 sites set up. Later on I realize that I want to move most of the contents of Site1 over to Site2. Is that a simple process? Or is it complicated and difficult to pull off since they're in two separate databases?
Thanks for the advice, but I'm talking about moving pages and content from site to site, not entire databases. It looks like the answer is no then.
You're right...there is no way to flip back and forth. You have to do as the link stated.
