Hello,

Can you give some specific examples of exactly what items were clicked? Also how many and what add-ons are you currently using?

Hi,

If I click in dashboard on Install (install blocks to extend your site) the page comes up emty

I am using E-coomerge, Google Cloud

When the blank page shows up, can you copy the URL from your browsers address bar? Or if you feel comfortable enough to give me access, I can check directly.

Try this, paste this url in and see if it takes your there:

http://www.autometkorting.nl/index.php?cID=46...

That is the page id, I can't be for sure if it's the same number, you can also try to access it by going to:

http://www.autometkorting.nl/index.php/dashboard/pages/single/...

Then scroll down to "Add Functionality" and click that link.

Had you recently installed any add-ons/themes? Do the rest of the admin sections display? It may be a permissions problem, do you feel comfortable updating file permissions?

We recently updated C5 to 5.4.2.1 and tried to update E commerce. The last falied so we had to restore the bacukp.
