Cannot access login in panel - Fatal Error Message

Can any one help - I tried to login to my site and receivied this error message
Fatal error: Class 'MultilingualSection' not found in /hermes/waloraweb007/b2934/pow.simonandemmalouise/htdocs/selconcrete5/packages/free_cookies_disclosure/controller.php on line 55
I had recently downloaded / install a multilingual translation app from the market place however I have not used it or anything as yet and now I cannot gain access to the change anything.
I am really concerned as I have been working on the site for a solid week and couldn't bear it if I have lost it!
HELP!!!!

Sounds like you need the Internationalization Add On installed to work with the other add on you already installed. Try logging in /index.php/login then going to your dashboard /index.php/dashboard and add Internationalization
that is the message I receive when I try to login - it simply wont let me in
