I'm looking into building an employment application form in c5. My first thought was a single page that would encapsulate all the functionality. Then I started looking for addons. There were a few advanced form addons that might work, except for areas such as employment history or references where there could be multiple records.

What recommendations do you have for building something like this or an addon to do it? As a coder, I'm happy either way.
