I have a Date Nave on a page that I'm using to generate a quasi "News Archive" - so users can sort through news stories by year and month.

I have about 2500 news stories going back about 10 months.

The page with the Date Nav times out and never loads. I'm assuming it's because there are so many pages to parse that the server is just not able to handle it.

Is there a better way to do a "News Archive" sort of feature?
