default language error on Stacks & Blocks page

Hi guys,
I have a multilingual website on localhost. Everything seems to work fine.
I was trying to create a block. But when I go to Stacks & Blocks page it gives me this error: "You must specify a default language tree in your multilingual settings."
In Languages the default language is already set.

JUp, got it fixed, must go to as it told: /index.php/dashboard/system/multilingual/setup/default_locale_updated
And choose Your set language.
I also set it and assumed that this will be added there also as logical fallow-up, but must set it once more, manually. then it works out well.
