div#ccm-dashboard-overlay conflicts with bootstrap navbar-fixed-top

Hi
I can see that the z-index on div#ccm-dashboard-overlay in ccm.app.css was changed from 2000 on previous versions to 999 but am not sure why. The result conflicts now with bootstrap navbar-fixed-top which is set at 1030. I was not sure if the change to 999 is a mistake on the coding and should have been kept at 2000 ?
