I had a user delete the system page download_file. The result was that any link on any of the websites pages will produce a File Not Found Error.

I have tried to add this page back but I still get the Page Not Found Error.
I have upgraded to the most recent Concrete5 version hoping that it would fix the problem but it did not.
So, How do I get this system page added back ? Any ideas ?

if so you would need to go to themes and pages > single pages
then in the bottom input enter "download_file" into the input box and hit add
