Hi,

I'm trying to make use of a form that sits in a stack. What I'm trying to do is call that form onto a page in order to create form results unique to that page. However, by default, if a form is in a stack Form Results lists all submissions under the stack name.

For example, say the stack is called "Form Stack" and I have 2 pages that use it - "Page 1" and "Page 2". I want to be able to have both pages display this form and when I go to Form Results, see separate listings for "Page 1" and "Page 2". However, right now all I will find is a listing for "Form Stack".

Is there any way to grab the form block from the stack and create new instances of it for individual pages?
