eCommerce Error

Hi
I set an ecommerce site live and they have had one order that is showing up as £0 in the orders, plus there is an error in the logs:
"Invalid payment for order# 269691 Requested £92.00, got £91.00"
Looks like the order didn't total up quite right, how would that happen?
