eCommerce Package - Product List in DASHBOARD not displaying correctly

I have the eCommerce Package installed on my version of Concrete5. It is hosted by myself on our server. We recently underwent server maintenance and I'm noticing that the product list in the dashboard, where you can view/edit/add/delete products, is not displaying correctly. It appears that it lost access to a file it needs to display correctly, but I'm not 100% sure if that's it. And if that is the problem, fixing it will be like finding a needle in a haystack.

My question is - if I were to uninstall eCommerce and then reinstall it, is this likely to fix the problem? If yes, will I have to re-add all products back to the store or will it have the data from the previous installation?

Possibly.

I believe you will have to re-add all products.

I would suggest going to the ecommerce page and clicking support.
