Hi, I'm working on a site where tax is going to be added to all product prices, but when a user from a particular state/province (ie Jersey) enters their address at checkout I need it to deduct 20% (tax rate) from the whole order, similarly to how a coupon code would work except we want the deduction to occur automatically if "Jersey" has been selected as part of the address. I am using 5.4. Does anyone know if this is possible? Many thanks.
