Editing view not updating on server

OK,
concrete/blocks/autonav/templates/responsive_header_navigation/view.php I've made some changes to and it works absolutely fine in my local environement. FTP the file into the server and NONE of my changes are being made. I grabbed a copy of the site from the server back to my local machine to see if there is any other instance of this file that's being reference and nothing. I'm using Elemental theme.

Where it is now (in the concrete folder) if you update Concrete5, that concrete folder won't be used anymore. A different concrete folder, located in the updates folder, will be used instead and your template won't apply anymore .Maybe that's what's happening?
