Error: User Attribute-Date and Time

Hello!
I've added a date and time attribute to let users enter their DOB while registering, only problem is that the the 'year selection drop down list' isn't scrolling as can be seen in the screenshot attached. The users have to click on the earliest year in order to view years prior to that. Presently it only displays up till the year 2000 so since I'm a '94 born I need to click on 2000, open the list again and THEN choose 1994.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since this looks really unprofessional!
