Feature request: Page Approval to appear on Edit drop down window

Now that we have 5.5 it would be nice to be able to have the ability to approve a page from the Edit drop down window.
This could appear only when a page needs approving but is one of the biggest things I have to explain to clients over and over again. Is that if they preview the changes they then need to refresh and click the "Approve" button before it goes, and they need to repeat the refresh.
It could still be in that top right but I think it would help to be able to access this without having to reload the page just to approve it.
Thoughts please?
