File Download Option for user

Hello, Im new to concrete5, started to build a website. I want to keep a file for download to user (public). How to do this?

Are you trying to have one specific file on your website for people to download from a page?
Are you trying to retain one certain URL from another website that people currently use?
Are you trying to provide public access to a certain set of files within your File Manager?
Depending on what exactly you are trying to do there are different solutions for each.
