The Form Tableless Layout addon comes with a file called "SAMPLE_OUTPUT.html" (it will be in SITEROOT/packages/form_tableless_layout) that shows you a very clean example of all the possible output options -- what all the classes on each element are, etc.

This should enable you to figure out how to style it properly (unless when you say "you're not a CSS guru" you mean that you don't really have any experience with it at all). Perhaps @growthecurve can provide some specific advice to you based on your site link, but I'd also just play around with that sample HTML file (just load it up in your web browser -- not through a C5 site) and do some googling on CSS tutorials etc. to see if you can get it styled properly, then move that css into your C5 site's theme stylesheet.

Using the Firebug extension for Firefox or Web Inspector for Safari/Chrome are extremely helpful tools for things like this.
