Google finding pages that end with /index.php

Hi
I have a strange problem that im not sure how to fix.
Google Webmaster tools is reporting that I have pages that look like the following. These pages are generating a 404 error.
Im not sure how Google would try to index these and why the index.php is at the end of the url.

http://www.aussiefloyd.com/en/forums/index.php
http://www.aussiefloyd.com/en/lostpass/index.php
http://www.aussiefloyd.com/index.php/profile/7440/index.php

I have pretty URL's turned on and have done since the site was new.

How can I get these working again as the link work with the index.php added to the end.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In your .htaccess, add the lines:

redirect 301 http://www.aussiefloyd.com/en/forums/index.php http://www.aussiefloyd.com/en/forums/...
redirect 301 http://www.aussiefloyd.com/en/lostpass/index.php http://www.aussiefloyd.com/en/lostpass/...
redirect 301 http://www.aussiefloyd.com/index.php/profile/7440/index.php http://www.aussiefloyd.com/index.php/profile/7440/...

Google likes 301 errors quite a lot.
