have scrapbook (my menu) on all pages?

So I created my menu using html scrapbook. I want this on every page, how do I do this without having to manually add it to every page?

Have a look at page defaults (Dashboard > Pages and Themes > Page Types).

By setting your default blocks on the different page types those blocks will show up on every page you add using the page type. If you change a page type already in use you should apply the changes on all child pages ("Setup on Child Pages" when editing the page type defaults).
