Help! Issues with a responsive site in safari on iPhone

We're having a web redesign done by a local business (who we're used for other sites in the past) in Concrete 5 and we're having a specific major issue so I'm trying to help by reaching out for advice.

It's a responsive site that just isn't working in Safari on iPhone 5s (the phone performance and browsing all other sites are otherwise fine). It works fine in Chrome on iPhone and looks fine when you scale down the window in Safari on desktop (Mac).

The site isn't live yet, so it's on a sub domain. temp4231.gonemountainbiking.com

Images aren't resizing or are popping up in the wrong place where other images should be

Has anybody has similar issues and how did you solve them?

I'm just looking for ideas for our web designer to look into.

Many thanks in advance.

Can you give a specific page example of something that isn't working correctly? I went to the site using BrowserStack and using the iPhone 5s and I can see at the bottom of the homepage there are some floating issues where you need some clears, but the site seems to load in the correct order. The menu does not work at all for me though.
