Help with Third-Party USPS Shipping / eCommerce Cart solutions for Concrete5

Hello,

I've recently completed building a website with Concrete5 that will sell art original pieces and prints (everything is on a live site, SSL installed/working properly, just behind in maintenance mode until ready to launch). Needless to say, I could really use some input from people with experience with integrating third-party ecommerce/cart solutions with Concrete5 websites that utilizes USPS shipping. Here's why:

Unfortunately, after purchasing the eCommerce add-on, and then purchasing the USPS add-on, I have now found that the USPS add-on is inadequate and not fully capable to price out multiple products (prints) in flat rate envelopes (and it rather prices out every single print in its own envelope). I feel at a loss right now after being so excited to build my first ecommerce site with Concrete5, and then to find that the shipping add-on is now requiring me to look at third party ecommerce solutions.

With that said, I would love to hear from anyone who has had experience in integrating third party ecommerce/carts that have an adequate USPS add-on that does the following:

- provides USPS shipping estimates for both First Class and Priority Mail, (and even Express Mail -- but not required) -- globally.

- handle multiple products -- be able to calculate based on weight and product dimensions together so that it can properly price out whether I should charge for one package, or two, etc.

For example: Priority Flat Rate envelope that is .2 inches thick (or the ability to set a thickness for the flat rate envelopes). Someone adds 30 prints to the shopping cart and checks out (each print is .01 inches thick). It would then calculate the thickness realizing that the first twenty prints would fit into the first priority flat rate envelope, and then charge for an additional Priority Flat Rate envelope to handle the remaining 10 prints.

It would also calculate based on weight for First Class mail. As with the above example, if the 30 prints equal 26 oz. and one first class mailer/package will only accepts 13 oz., it would then calculate the first 15 prints in one mailer, and then start over with the last 13 and have a total first class shipping price displayed.

If anyone has any suggestions on what third-party solution I should look into for this, it would be truly appreciated!

Thank you very much for your time.

You're probably going to have a better time just modifying the USPS addon. I'd post something in the jobs forum- a good developer should be able to do it in an hour or two.

Does anyone have a copy of this addon available? It looks like it has been removed from the addons repository.
