Hide from Autonav?

Is it possible to have a page hidden from autonav?
It's a dynamic single page that needs an ID passed to it to generate the proper content... so getting to it from the autonav is a bad thing.
I'd move it to somewhere else but that would mess up the autonav on it. I guess I could nest it under one of the pages and then set it's autonav as "up one level".. but that makes URLs illogical.
Thoughts?
