how can add external URL to the menuItem?

I want to add external url, when click on the menu Item then go to the external page(like joomla External URL menu item type).
Please tell me anyone know the solution.

I agree its not obvious, and find it very odd that nobody has responded to this basic question.
Hopefully will find the answer myself. What I did was add a menu/url under HOME as shown in attachment here, as 'alsbrew' but its still not showing under browse user page.

OK, what Ive found is it doesnt seem to be an issue with Concrete5, rather Firefox caching which for some odd reason is not showing updates to pages within the admin UI.
However, on 'Alsbrew' I did switch a few of the Attributes then removed them.
Anyway, the method I first described works, and you can also adjust the menu position (for those who are newbies like me).
I used 'Typesetter CMS' and this does not have similar characteristics.

When you're in the Menu Item Manager, select the "New" button to create a new Menu Item.

From the menu that appears, select the "External Link" Menu Item Type.

Finally, fill in all the required fills in the parameters area. Once you save your work, the menu item will be active.
