I'm really impressed in new version and trying to add new dynamic page. It really complicated to understand.
can you give me more details about new version. I need to migrate my current project to latest version.
Please help me to proceed further.

When you say dynamic page do you mean a new page type?

I tried the following stuff in 5.6
Actually, I need to create popular post, category and product listing page I dont have clear idea how to proceed.
I tried following steps to create new pages via page type.
1. Created popular_list.php under single pages folder and created the page type popular_list
2. Then I tried to change the page design to our custom design
Unfortunately the changes are not reflecting in the page also menu also not shown in the nav menu.
Yesterday i gone through the new version 5.7 with sample template design and functionality looks almost similar few pages i need to change/create few pages.
Please help me on this.

It's too soon to migrate an existing site, wait for documentation and add ons and a few more releases with bug fixes. For now, do a clean instalation and play with it a little, start working on themes and add ons.
