How do I transfer site from 5.6.0.2 back to 5.5.2.1

I designed a site on local host and then bought hosting with Heart Internet. Now I realise that the version of C5 they are using is 5.5.2.1

Any idea of how I get around this please

Actually, just had word from the service provider that I can upload the newest version of C5 so that's great.

Next problem is how to convert the lowercase sql to camelcase, I'll do a new post though
