How to add Terms and Conditions to Register page

Hey all, so I have a Copyright and Legal page in addition to the terms and conditions to joining the website. I'd like to present this as it is most often:
A compulsory checkbox field that has a text line saying "Do you agree to the Terms and Conditions and do you approve to the Copyright and Legal terms.
Do note that instead of a compulsory field this can just be a text line. So any explanation will do, thanks!
