The first question

I installed C5 locally with MAMP. Set up DB, installed C5, building the theme, but… If I now create custom pages, blocks and so on, they will be added to my local DB, right?

So, how will I export them in staging/production when ready? I mean, are there particular variables/constants (such as paths, local variables, etc.) that I need to take care and edit in staging/production to make the theme/website working on those environments?
