HTTP 500 fout als ik op add functionality klik

Hi,

Ik heb net de update naar 5.4.2.1. gedaan.

Als ik nu via het dashboard op add functionality klik krijg ik een blanco pagina of een HTTP 500 fout/kan de pagina niet weergeven.

Is dit misschien een bug in de update?

Wie kan mij helpen.
