I have two site but only want one - Please Help

Hi,
I've managed to update my website but all the changes are only visible on the site without "WWW" at the beginning. When I type my website address with the "www" the old version of the site appears.
I've updated all the files in the "My Themes" folder including images. but the old background image is still on the "www" version.

I've checked again and they are different basically the one without the "www" has a white background image and the one that has "www" has a black background image. I think the white one which is the one I want to keep is local.
I created a "My Themes" folder in the themes folder which is where my black site resided.
I simply swapped the style.css, the thumbnail and the background image in the img folder for all new ones.
But in the Page Themes selection page the old thumbnail is still there, I've tried to remove it and re-install but still the same.
Really annoying to know I've obviously missed something. so still need help

Can you upload screenshots? I still see no difference in the www and non-www versions...
I think I've sorted it, I simply deleted everything and reloaded it. please take a look to see if it has a white background.
