Image Gallery (Block) in a lightbox with image resizing?

Im looking for an imagegallery with 3 special requirements:
· open with a text-link "open image gallery". that means the images are only visible when the gallery has bin opened (with the link)
· the gallery opens in a lightbox / fullscreen overlay
· the images must be resized when the screen is smaller than the image (plus caption and pref / next buttons. but the maximum size must still the maximum size of the image.
I didn't find any block with this specifications.
Has anybody done this based on a existing block?

The thumbnail list of the gallery is based on a list of links placed about images. All you need to do is remove the actual thumbnail images and leave the links and the names of the images.
