Inline form validation - Bootstrap form validation

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience in getting jquery style validation for the form block working such as:http://formvalidation.io/examples/clearing-field-when-clicking-icon...
I have purchased a license for the above validation script and it's simple to use in regards to general HTML forms however I can not for the life of me tie it into the form block.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Note, I am using 5.7.4
