I am completely out of my element at this. Trying to set up site for our new business...the auto-nav would not work - would not show child pages when hover or click on - was trying to get the child pages to list on the parent page too, anyway as I was trying different things to see if I could get this to work right I added a new block and I have know idea what I did but site won't come up have "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" coming up and don't know where to go. Can someone please tell me where to go to find out how to fix this?

The dashboard and some of the features of the newest install did not come over when I did the update. In the install area (in simple scripts install area)it shows how the dasboard should look in the 5.6 but it did not look like that on the site. If it would be easiest to just get rid of what I have right now as I do not have alot in it yet and start over to see if it installs properly I would do that, but I don't know how to release my purchased theme and addons from the project as I can't get to it.

To release add-ons and themes:

- Log into conrete5.org
- Go to "My Account" (left hand corner)
- Go to "Projects" (right sidenav)

There you see all the projects you set up, click on the name of it (left column), there you should see all packages and themes that are associated to that project.

Personally I think that using auto-installers like SimpleScript is sometimes risky, as you do not really know what it does. I've been using auto-installers a few times and sometimes it worked well, sometimes it brought up strange errors like i could not change site name etc...

Concrete5 is really simple to set up manually, just checkhttp://www.concrete5.org/documentation/installation/installing_conc...

once you know the process, it is quick and easy to do, and you know what is happening! If you need some support on this, just send me a PM or go check the forum.

Once you've set the site up properly, create a full site backup, so no update may harm you :)
