Many folder inside File Folder

Hello,
I was going through my file manager and found out that there are many empty folders inside
Application > FIles.
So I just wanted to know whether we can remove the empty folder or not

When you say 'File Manager' are you talking about the concrete file manager or your PC file manager?
I am checking it in cpanel File Manger > applications > files
In above path there are many folders and inside there again too many folder and out of them there are many empty

Many of the empty folders are used to create a unique path to the file and must not be deleted.
If you have a situation where there is no file in any of the string of folders then you COULD POSSIBLY delete them.
However it should be pointed out that strings of empty folders take up virtually no space on the server and are not detrimental to your sites speed and efficiency.
Unless you really do know what you are doing I would advise you to leave well enough alone.
