Im building a website for a non-profit that requires a membership. I want to create a form that takes new user registration and PayPal payment and adds the member to a backend database that can be manually added to (members signed up at events) and possibly add their email to a mailing list ( not really important but nice option)

These members are not required to be part of the site (login page will be hidden for admins only)
