Migrating Composer Blog Posts

I'm in the process of re-designing my site. I've created the new site in a subdomain and am ready to replace the old one, however, I'd really like to keep my old blog content.

Is there a way to keep those old blog post files and import them into the new site?

Bluehost was no help with this. Anybody know where this data is stored in the directory? Anyone??? :)

All of the content from a Concrete5 site is stored in the database, not in "files" on the server.

So is there any way to access/copy/move that data? Or is it all intermingled so there's no way to keep it while removing the rest?

There is not a good way to do this, you can try to use this add-on, I don't know how successful it will be.

Thank you so much for your help. I'll look at the add-on, but it's sounding like I might be better off just starting with a clean slate.

Thanks again!
