Must be logged in to view page?

I have one page that is disappearing from my autonav when I'm not logged in. This same page also prompts me to login if I try to input the URL directly. I have several other pages of this same page type and they aren't being affected. I've checked permissions for this one problem page and it's inheriting the page type settings, just like the others are doing.
Any ideas?
