Non existing support on add-on from core team

I've asked for support on the calendar add-on. An add-on by the core team.
More then a month ago and still not any reaction. Does the core team support there own add-ons?
The problem is reported by someone else also. And the problem makes the add-on pretty useless.
So core team members please take a look at tis support request:

My apologies, it looks like support for that calendar add-on hadn't been updated to push tickets into our new support system so those tickets went un-noticed.
I've got a ticket made now and I'll get someone in there shortly.
