Site acting weird after upgrade to 5.6.0.2

When i login to the site as admin, i can view the site normally. When i access the site as a guest, the banner page is not working.
I use also a tool names list file from set, which displays a list of files, assigned to a set. As admin i de the whole listing and as user, with the appropriate access i see onky the header and no files. I am deeply stuck here.
When i want to add a new block to the header section in my website i get the following error. Fatal error: Class 'PageearBlockController' not found in /var/www/vhosts/d….
This issue is intermitting with a not being able to add annything issue, teh revolving progress wheel keeps turning and nothing will happen.
I updated recently to 5.6.0.2 and ran against a few issues wich tweetcrete whis are solved now.
Another strange behaviour is when the site is running amd i approach it via the internet, teh banner page is not displaying. when i log in to my site as admin, all appears as normal, also in edit mode, execpt for the nog being able to add blocks as decribed above.
any suggestions to solve this issue or rollback to lates stable version?
