Page Defaults not showing

I have a template with various Page Types. Most of them are versions of other page but only one seems to have any editable regions when you look to edit there default properties. All pages and editable regions work fine on the site but just not in this edit mode.

I am using Chrome on a PC.

Can anyone help?
