Page type output changes

Hi,
About default output for a page type.
If I create one, located then in : Page & Themes > Page Types > Output (based on a page template). I change my page attributes a little bit, then all my pages will be blank !
Assuming I have 300 pages of a certain type, I cannot change them one by one, how do I change their output just once ?

Yeah merci !!
I can see the changes on all child pages indeed,
but only when I m logged as admin.
Each time I logout they appear on older version, is this a publication validation stuff?

The pages (changes) may need approval. Hence you see the latest unapproved version when logged in, but only the last approved version when you log out.
How to validate a version if it's a page type output template ? There is no gear icon to validate version.
But I got the thing, you need to allow admin to "Edit Page Type Drafts" on : pages/types/permissions
Then all pages from this type are affected.
