Permissions for blocks on pages

Hi everyone,
I've been having a bit of hard time with permissions for blocks. I have this situation - nearly done with big site which has own theme with 12 own templates, created navigation in 3 different languages. Now I have new group which will be used to add our clients' users. This group will be able to edit pages, create pages, delete them. We also want clients to use only limited number of templates.

This looks fine, achievable, but now I have to go through every page I created and manually click on every area item and tick boxes on those blocks I want client's group to have. Is there any more central way to achieve it? I have like 100 pages and don't want to go through every each of it. Furthermore I think once client will create new page - then on new page they will be able to access all blocks? Is there any way to limit it?

Thanks in advance for any advise.

With advanced permissions on you should have the option to apply the parent settings to its child pages. To easily apply permissions to all pages set the permissions at the top level, and than apply those permissions to all subpages. For the user making new pages, make a parent page for their newly created pages, again with the permissions set to carry to subs.

For further control of the pages your client is going to create make page types specifically for their use. Than go to your dashboard, page types, and than press the default button. You can edit the initial version of these client page types to add blocks, content that will appear on page creation. You can also set the permissions for those page types by area/per block or otherwise in these default page settings.
