Preview theme notification "The page isn't redirecting properly"

Hi,
I am new in c5 CMS and I have no problem to learn this until yesterday. But this day after download and install new theme (not add-on), I try to preview new theme (in edit mode) with current setting it show me notification below :
And with IE browser not load with blank page.
I try to log out clear cache/cookies on browser then login again but it show me stright to above notification ( I could not open this at all axcept entering via dashboard mode so I activated old theme and I remove new theme but it still no different result)
I have try to open site in visitor view without login works fine but after login page it show me above notification.
Let me know how to fix this

The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.And with IE browser not load with blank page.
