Problem installing package

Hi everybody,
about 2 weeks ago I wrote this support-message to the makers of MailMonkey, but did not get a reply jet. Maybe any of you could take a look at the problem. (might not have to do with MailMonkey specifically):

Problem installing MailMonkey
December 15, 2011 at 4:23 PM Browser Info Environment
Hello,
I installed the package by hand. It showed up in Add Functionality. I clicked 'Install',and it installed.

But I got this error message:
The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
• not found. Please check that the block controller file contains the correct class name.

MailMonkey lists under Currently Installed.
But nothing seems to be installed. Did not get the 'tab' MailMonkey in Dashboard & no MailMonkey Blocks to Add on a page.

I don't have a clue where to look for the solution.
Please help. I need to install this for my client by tomorrow!?!? _____________________________________________________

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Allways Tomorrow :-P, clients are a nightmare.

Check the mailMonkey package it sounds like it has maybe not been downloaded correctly

if it has take a look at the blocks within the package, I don't know the name but it should be something like
mail_monkey/mailmonkey

Depending on the spelling the controller (controller.php) that is within the blocks folder should start MailMonkeyController or MailmonkeyController

the "_" represents a space and would create a new word thus the Uppercase letter mail_monkey = MailMonkey

or this_block_name_goeshere = ThisBlockNameGoeshere, then Controller needs to be appended to it.

try those bits if everything is spelt correctly then it suggests a problem with the package files, try a manual download of the files then upload them to the packages folder
