Problems with CMS during moving to new host

Hello there,

We are trying to change our hosting company. During the transfer of the web files to the new host our developer (who is not confident with Concrete5 CMS) encountered the following error. The new host says the problem lies with Concrete5 and is not on there side.
This is the error message onwww.www.natureisbeautiful.co.uk...

Fatal error: Call to a member function GetOne() on a non-object in /homepages/22/d550614046/htdocs/concrete/core/models/permission/access/categories/page.php on line 16

Does anybody know what it is and how to deal with it?! Would appreciate any help.

With kind regards,

Natasha

Hi,
I'd check that your database was complete when uploaded to the new host as this appears to be complaining that a query against the PermissionAccessList and PermissionAccessEntities failed.

What platform did you migrate from?

I'd also try completely clearing out the cache.

Hello Andy,

Forgot to reply to your first message. The host we are moving from is Fast to Host and the new host is 1and1.

Thank you very much for your advice.

also check that you are using the same c5 version on the new host as the version the database backup was made from.
