Quantity Input width for Product too small in 480px responsive layout and you can't see value... can't locate file to change width

I'm sure this is stupid simple... but I am coming up empty handed.

Basically, the quantity input appears 100% width in a full screen, non-responsive view, and you can see the value added when adding a quantity. If you reduce it or view it on a mobile device, the input field shrinks to 20px and you can't see the value/quantity added although it is there. I played around with the width and 100px seems to be a good width. It seems to be grabbing the 20px value from in-line CSS somewhere and I simply can't find the page, file, or template where. I've tried searching all of the eCommerce addon for that particular width in all files but can't find it and it doesn't seem to be coming from any template files or custom blocks. Any idea how I can change the 20px to something larger?

Best thing I can say is, go to any product page and look at it full screen versus 480px/mobile width range and you'll see what I mean.
